• Registration is usually done in advance online — spots can be limited.
• A helmet is mandatory and your bib must be visible during the race.
• Arrive early for bib pickup, warm-up and parking.
• Check the Québec weather the day before and dress accordingly — mornings can be cool.
• Make sure your bike is in good shape: brakes, drivetrain and especially tire pressure.
• Bring water and a snack, plus a lock if you need to leave your bike.

Tip: set your tire pressure based on your weight and the surface before you head out.
